OFFSHORE COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE

Key Objectives

  • To ensure that all activities carried out by Contractor on Worksites are in line with the Offshore Campaign Plan and comply with the company'sHSE policies and standards including Marine and Construction procedures and contractual conditions. 
  • To ensure the effectiveness of the deliverables by the Contractors in terms of quality, budget and time.
  • CSR will be assigned to either Maintenance/Construction or Offshore Painting Campaigns subject to workload and requirements

 Principal Accountabilities    

  • Control and monitor offshore Campaign execution (Maintenance/Construction or Painting) by the contractor in accordance with the agreed execution Campaign plan.
  • Ensure that contractor carries out work to contractual specification and quality requirements. 
  • Ensure that ALL activities carried out by the Campaign contractor comply with Campaign procedures and contractual conditions. 
  • Ensure control and administrative systems are available and executed by the contractors. 
  • Ensure combined operation HSE safety case is adhered to and implemented by contractor. 
  • Ensure that the contractor has implemented the HSE management system in the day to day operation and reports deviations. Emphasis to be placed on emergency response regular exercises and audit follow up. 
  • Ensure contractor is complying with the audit and inspection plan as specified in the contract.

 Qualifications & Experiences

  • HND in relevant Engineering disciplines with the required experience
  • Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines with the required experience (Preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the field of offshore engineering, construction, supervising a multi-discipline work force engaged in installation and static maintenance and experience in the marine operations
  • Relevant NACE level 1 or British Gas Level 3
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Has the ability to fully comprehend P & ID’s and isometrics (Preferred)
